At Heloga Jewellery, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return policy to facilitate the return or exchange of items. Please review the following guidelines:
Returns and Exchanges:
Orders can be returned or exchanged (only once per order) within 28 days of purchase. In order to be a valid return, the product must be sent back to Helogá Jewellery in its original package and there must be no signs of use, abuse or misuse of any kind.
Customized or personalized items are non-returnable, except in the case of manufacturing defects or damage during shipping.
Return Process:
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team within the 28 day window.
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning the item.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in the case of a defective or damaged product.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned item.
