   - Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
   - Customized or personalized items are non-returnable, except in the case of manufacturing defects or damage during shipping.

   - To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team within the 14-day window.
   - Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning the item.
   -  You are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in the case of a defective or damaged product.

3. Refunds:
   - Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
   - Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned item.
