- Customized or personalized items are non-returnable, except in the case of manufacturing defects or damage during shipping. -

- Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning the item.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in the case of a defective or damaged product. -
